Hi, greetings from the UK

I am evaluating at the moment. Our company offers free shipping for all orders over £150, We deliver all goods ourselves so I dont want the option to select any shipping method at all. All I want to see is a £15 charge for shipping if order less then £150 and a £0 shipping charge for orders over that. So If a customer adds an item to cart that is £100 it will calculate a £15 charge but if they add another item of say £100 it will recalculate a zero charge for shipping.

I have managed to work out how to do free shipping but not the £15 charge for orders under £150 and I cannot get rid of the "Estimate your shipping costs:" part when customers view cart.

Any help would be appreciated.
