Most of our products are pdf downloadable files. However, I have a lot of customers who can't view the download links. Americommerce technicians have indicated the problem is with the customer's firewall or spam/security settings and that I should experiment with all the possible eProduct settings to see which is most successful.
Rather than experiment on my customers, I wondered if anyone out there is having success with the settings they are using. Anybody got a good configuration you'd like to share?
