Support Request Area has errors

I have been trying to put in a support request, but I keep getting this error code:

Object reference not set to an instance of an object

Anyone know what's up with that or how to avoid it? Not sure what is causing it, I'm not doing anything different.

I am not able to put a request in because immediately after the page pops up, it immediately changes to a page not found error.
