Changing the Order Status

You can change the order status from two paths.

1. From the Order List

  1. While in the admin console, navigate to Orders > Order Manager > Open Orders

     

  2. Check the box to the left of the order and select all the orders whose status you wish to change.
  3. Select the new Order Status by clicking on Action for a list of actions.

2. From the Order Edit Page

  1. From Orders > Order Manager > Open Order.

  2. Select Edit order by clicking on the Edit icon (Edit Icon)
  3. Select the new Status from the drop down menu and Click Save.

Note: To change the status of a large number of orders, please use the import order tool under Global Settings > Import Tools.
