A potential affiliate uses your affiliate program sign-up form to submit an application at Affiliate Signup URL:http://www.yourdomain.com/store/affiliates/join/apply.aspx When the information is submitted, it is entered into the database with a "pending" status. You can then choose to either approve or deny the application. Upon approval, the affiliate is created and ready to begin.
You can create the affiliate manually from the affiliate list page. Click the New button on top right to bring up the affiliate editor, where you can input all of the affiliate's details.

How to Review and Approve (or Deny) an Affiliate Application

Any new applicant to your affiliate program will be listed with a Pending Approval status. This can easily be identified by the yellow background color in the status column. Changing the status of an affiliate (to approve or deny) is a very simple process, detailed below.
Check the checkbox at the beginning of the row that corresponds to the affiliate that you wish to change the status of. If you wish to change a batch of affiliates en masse, you can check multiple boxes at once, or check the box in the column header to check all of the boxes.
In the affiliates menu, locate the drop down menu to the right of the word Set. This list contains all possible affiliate statuses. Select the one that you wish to change the status to. To approve an affiliate application, change the status to Enabled. To deny, set it to Denied.
Click the (Insert green arrow icon thing) button to proceed with the changes. After the page refreshes, the changes should be reflected in the status column.
